Do you have a military discount at your store for Banner Elk ski rentals?
Yes, Extreme offers a 15% discount to all military personnel as long as they have their military id with them for identification.
What do you require as a security deposit on your rental products at your store for Beech and Sugar Mountain ski rentals?
Extreme requires a valid Credit Card and a 1.00 charge to validate the card on all rental equipment.
Do you rent ski blades?
No, we rent a releasable 120cm ski called an easy crave ski in lieu of non releasable 99cm ski blades. Ski Blades have been linked to high occurrence of spiral fractures and therefore Extreme has taken ski blades out of its rental fleet for our customer’s safety.
Do you offer groups rates and how many does it take to make a group?
Yes we offer group rates. 15 percent for all of our groups with 10 or more people.
Do you offer a multi-day discount rate on rentals?
Yes, when you rent for three or more consecutive days the price drops after the third day 15 percent and more, giving our customers the BEST rental rates in the High Country.
Can we keep the equipment overnight?
Yes, with consecutive day rentals our customers are not charged for night rentals.
